/ first time ordering from here we got large donor kebabs and I’m shocked the size was really big and you also get rice and couscous under the meat and nice bread and decent amount of salad and they even threw in a free sutlac which is lovely thank you it was nice and I’m happy because I’m so fussy I hate chunky meat it’s perfect oh and good price especially for the amount.

i rarely ever eat out, i had a very long day at work today and i didn’t wanna come home and cook so i thought let me order off uber eats and let me try a new place. it didn’t have any reviews so i was skeptical but i’m SO GLAD i took the chance!! no joke this is the BEST kebab i’ve ever had in a VERY long time - restaurant quality the meat is actually of an excellent standard. the service was AMAZING. the restaurant individually packaged everything so neat and tidy and the flavours of both the doner kebab and the lamb shish was /. unbelievable! this is dangerous because now i’m gonna be ordering any chance i get lol!! thankyou for the rice pudding as a little extra, it was amazing!! honestly top restaurant service. my husband and i are very grateful - we normally never finish food but we are EVERYTHING. including the extra bread - thankyou for putting chilli oil on there and for listening to the notes and thankyou for the extra peppers - we ate ALL of them!! we feel like we are gonna explode but we rarely eat out so for us it’s special. thankyou once again <

I recently visited Tottenham's Kebab House and had the 'Adana Kebab.' While the quality of the kebab was ok, I must admit that I've had better 'Adana Kebabs' elsewhere. However, what left a significant impact on my experience was the disappointing service I received. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I did not feel welcomed. The person behind the counter barely acknowledged my presence, offering only a minimal response when I greeted them. They seemed disinterested and did not even bother to ask about my order preferences; I had to state my choice without any interaction. This lack of courtesy made me feel quite uneasy throughout my visit, as if I were an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.Turning to the cleanliness of the establishment, it wasn't terrible, but there was a noticeable issue with the cleaning chemicals used. The harsh odor from these chemicals was quite off-putting and detracted from the overall dining experience. I believe using safer, odorless cleaning agents would greatly enhance the ambiance of the restaurant.Interestingly, there was a mix-up with my order; I had actually requested an 'Adana Wrap,' not the 'Adana Kebab' that I received. However, I decided not to bring this up with the staff, fearing that it might lead to further issues and delays in my already disappointing encounter. In the grand scheme of things, I believe that even great food can be overshadowed by poor service. A meal with average food and exceptional service can create a far more pleasant dining experience. In my evaluation, I would give the food a -star rating due to its passable quality, while the service and cleanliness of the restaurant both warrant a -star rating. I personally do not intend to revisit this establishment, but I hold out hope that Tottenham's Kebab House will work on improving both their service quality and the food they offer. With some adjustments, they have the potential to transform the dining experience into something worth revisiting.
